Her background in human resources, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency positions her as a trusted healthcare consultant with hands-on knowledge spanning all aspects of medical practice management — from the operating room to front and back-office operations.

Leslie specializes in developing structured operational processes for small to medium-sized physician groups, emphasizing the importance of accurate documentation, compliant coding, and efficient revenue cycle management.
